I really like this product, it comes in single packages which is so easy to add to any drink. There is no taste so that's a plus. This is also a small business and I like to support small businesses. I would definitely order this product again. As far as how the product works, I will have to update my review once I have finished the product.

4 stars only because it does have a slightly gross taste if you only mix into water. My skin is glowing after two days! I’m happy with this product. I will update later if I notice any long term side effects.

I have been using a hydrolyzed collagen power in my morning coffee since 2016. I have my regular brand on Amazon subscribe and save auto delivery and still really value the benefit of that product. The collagen is good. It’s has no taste and blends well even with cold beverages. However I am a bariatric patient and whatever it is that they have out on it for “gut health” gave me bad stomach aches and my stomach and upset for a few days. I would not recommended for bariatric patients.

I like these packets, they mix well with my probiotic drink. I think they are little on the expensive side, but if they work, it’s worth it. I honestly haven’t noticed any difference but I’ve only taken for a little while. They dissolve easily. I will update this review if I notice any improvements later.

These collagen peptides are amazing they are great for skin elasticity anti-aging and more it also blends easily into water or juice. I really do recommend ladies to get this take One A Day I did have a little bit of a stomach ache after a few days of taking it but after that passed I was fine it was my body adjusting to the collagen peptides. But everyone's different I'm 41 years old and this is my first time and I've always taken a multi-woman's vitamin and nail skin and hair vitamins so starting herbal teas and this is the only reason my stomach was upset it was just getting the bad stuff out and letting the good stuff ride.
