Defect product received and unable to return the product
I received an EPSON all-in-one printer yesterday, and while the print function works, the scan and copy functions are defective. Every time I try to scan or copy, the output has a BIG black line across the page, indicating a hardware fault right out of the box.When I contacted your customer service, I was redirected to EPSON support, who have not responded or answered calls. This kind of service is highly disappointing and defeats the trust I placed in Amazon for convenience, reliability, and customer care.Delivering a defective product on Day 1 and redirecting customers instead of providing a quick replacement damages Amazon’s reputation as a customer-centric platform. It creates unnecessary stress and wastes our time — something that could have been avoided if purchased from a local store where I can test the product before buying.Experiences like this make customers lose confidence in buying electronics on Amazon, especially when there’s no immediate and fair support for defective items. If valid cases like mine are not treated seriously with prompt replacement or refund, it sends a message that Amazon is not committed to customer satisfaction.I urge you to take this seriously and arrange an immediate replacement of the defective printer. Amazon should not be shifting responsibility to the manufacturer for issues with newly delivered items.I am attaching the print pages for your referencePlease resolve this at the earliest.

Must be used everyday for taking 5-30prints, otherwise it gives trouble
I bought this printer in May 2023. The printing quality is just above average. Can't read font if it is less than 6 in word document.If you don't use it for 10 days, there will line appearing. So you should undergo print head cleaning.After every 10 print head cleaning, you should replace the print head driver, which will cost upto Rs.700+service charges.Print speed is not upto the mark.It is recommended for Photo studio where every day Passport size photos are printed.
