I usually use a popular brand, but found I had difficult in drying my gum paste roses in humid weather. I did some research and found out that this Confect Gum Paste is perfect for quick drying, even in humidity. It is absolutely true and I was able to quickly make all the gum paste roses I needed. I will never buy any other brand.
