It did pretty well with my silver chains, so, it should work like wise , with some good rubbing, with your oboe keys!

does it clean the black that comes on silver after not cleaning for some time and does it hurt tourquoise

It will clean the tarnish off and does not seem to hurt turquoise. I have used it on my turquoise and silver jewelry with good results.
