I use this caramel flavoring as part of my sugar free smoothie ingredients. Heavenly - I love it!!! I feel this is my reward for my sticking to healthier eating. I "treat" myself so I justify the cost. Versatile. Good value - a little goes a long way. I am a returning customer back to purchase my 6th bottle! ☺️ Oh, and the customer service is excellent. I have tried other flavors from Lorain and they are great! Very happy customer as you can tell.

Great flavor, smells like it tastes, wonderful!
The Caramel Emulsion has elevated my already beloved chocolate chip cookie recipe to a whole new level! I use it in protein shakes, (Vanilla powder, bananas, emulsion, and a little rum extract and you have a Bananas Foster protein shake that's delicious when that sweet craving hits!) my banana pancake batter, my buttercream frosting, etc. This has been a permanent staple in my pantry ever since.

Great value for the money as a little goes a long way as it is highly concentrated!! The quality is amazing and it smells so great!! I use this in my sugar cookies and my salted caramel is one my top sellers!

Smells wonderful. Taste, not so great.
I guess I am not clear on using an emulsion. I read that some people use this in their coffee. I thought it might be a nice sugar-free alternative to regular caramel. It smells great but the taste is not so good -- at least not in coffee. It has a weird after taste.Best to use it as it was intended, in baked goods.

Amazing!!! I use it for homemade coffee creamer. So delicious. Adds significant flavor to the mix. You won’t be disappointed!

Not sugar free
I purchased this because one of the product images said it’s unsweetened and reviews talked about making sugar free coffee. The third ingredient is invert sugar, which is a sweetener made of fructose and sucrose. It tastes good but I probably won’t buy it again not knowing how much sugar is in a serving.
