It came with 85% doesn’t heat up last hours I do have to charge it but I do use it a lot. It came in perfect condition no scratches the camera lens were intact and no scratches. Easy to connect to my phone plan I just transferred my information to the new phone. The screen came in perfect condition.

Bought for a Christmas gift and it works perfectly

Will never order a "renewed" phone again. The reason for replacing my previous phone was because the battery was so bad and it was an older model. When I received this one by mail, battery capacity was already reduced to 90%. Within a year it dropped to 70%. Within 6 months, a vertical line appeared on the screen that has not gone away. If you choose to purchase from this seller, it probably makes sense to get the year or multi-year warranty...but then you're paying even more for an already outdated phone...and at that point it probably just makes sense to buy new from Apple.

It has 1 little not noticeable scuff on the side and 3 scratches on the screen that are not easily noticeable. One thing that was unexpected to me was that it came in with a screen protector which I do not believe you get told before you purchase this phone but who’s gonna complain about something nice like that. I got mine in Sierra blue and it looks absolutely amazing it came with 89% battery health and that’s very good anything below 75 is where I’d say it’s worrisome but the phones in amazing condition fast snappy the cameras are amazing in the sun the blue shines very nicely no non apple parts on mine either I checked it myself. I would recommend this.

I have been using this refurbished unit for 3 years now and have not have any issues whatsoever. The battery holds up the charge, had no issues cosmetically speaking. Came with a charger. No complaints!!

I bought an iPhone 13 Pro and have been using it for less than 5 months. It was working well initially and then yesterday morning when I woke up it said that 0 percent battery was remaining on the screen and it looked like it was charging and at 1%. The phone also started to reboot after 2-3 minutes continuously. We took the phone to Apple. They said it was very likely due to improper battery replacement when it was renewed. They said it was an issue with a special chip that is attached to the battery which had likely not been put back in the phone properly and disconnected from the battery making the OS believe there was an issue with the battery. I spoke to Amazon and they weren’t able to help as it was past their 90 day window. I then was given the number for Gadget Deals who said that because it was out of the 90 day window they would not help me. This is really terrible! When you purchase a phone for $$$$ and they refuse to help with an issue that is clearly theirs, it just isn’t appropriate. I will never buy anything from Gadget Deals again and I would suggest you don’t unless you want to be stuck with a very expensive paper weight.
