STOPPED WORKING AFTER A FEW WEEKS
The set up was easy and it worked for a few weeks and now it does not ring and it has stopped functioning.

Exactly what we were looking for!
This bell system was exactly what we needed at our warehouse and had been looking for a while. I had a little trouble setting up but mainly small technical stuff and their tech support chat were amazing and very helpful. Highly recommend it.

After several years a few of these will no longer auto update to the NTP servers.
After figuring them out and getting them set up they worked fine. Now, 3 years later they no longer keep time and are constantly off by minutes meaning they have to be adjusted either every day for multiple times per day. I have tried both the NTP and google time servers and 2 of the 5 at our various facilities do not keep time accurately.
