My vein doctor recommended this product. I was having week long major leg swelling events. When I take two of these daily, it usually lowers the timeframe to 2-3 days instead of 7-8 days. It is not a magic cure, but I can tell a real difference in how fast my swelling moves out when I take this product. I recommend it if you have swelling that stays for a week. It has made my life so much better! The price is decent with subscribe and save.

I’m not sure if this is just me, but this has high amounts of selenium in it. My blood work came back showing it was elevated beyond the normal range. I’ve been experiencing hair loss, joint pain, and a tingling sensation in my limbs. I couldn’t figure out what was going on, but apparently this can be a side effect from too much selenium. Not sure if that’s needed to help with the lipedema, but that’s just adding to my list of issues. Not for me and I would check with the doctor before taking this supplement. Update: Yeah don’t take this. My selenium is at the toxic range. Not sure why this is in it. Would like to know how it helps the lymphatic system?

My doctor suggested that I try this Lymphatic Formula product, so I purchased one bottle to see if there was any help. After taking all of the pills for a month, I did not notice any improvement whatsoever. I decided not to continue to use this product, but it may be helpful for someone else.
