I carry these in my car for tenants who do not have electronic payment methods. I do not leave home without it.

Simple format but needs better blocker for carbon less transfers
Simple but effective format to fill out.But to keep copies from transferring to receipts bellow the one being written on, the from cover is perforated to use as a kind of blocker between. I don't want to tear off the front cover. Rather leave it to protect the receipts while not in use. Needs the back cover made twice the length so it can be folded over and used as a blocker. And being folded, it would not be lost.
