Battery failed after about 5 rechargings. It started dying after 30 minutes run time, then would not take a charge, and when it did finally take a charge, it died in about 20 minutes. It has been connected tot the charger for a week now and is totally dead. This thing is not worth the money. Put the original battery back on the vacuum and did the entire house with no issues. Again, this super, duper upgrade is not worth it.

I thought my Dyson stick vacuum was headed for the trash, but I realized it just needed a new battery. This battery fits my Dyson V7 stick vacuum. And has been running strong for over six months now. Happy to say I did not need to buy a whole new vacuum

Battery failed after one use. This is a vacation house so i used it once in may then hung up to charge. I went to use it today 6 weeks later for second time and it’s showing battery fault led flashing error. When it worked the 1 time it didn’t last for a 900sqft house without needing recharge.

Battery lasted one month and will not charge at all, let alone hold a charge. Outside return/exchange window so I’m just out of luck🤷🏻‍♂️

Battery is a low quality knock-off and does not hold a charge. After it charged about 5-6 times it just quit and wouldn’t charge at all. And just try getting in touch with the seller after the sale for warranty; no avenue for contact and no help from Amazon. I would not recommend this product.

I bought this in January 2025 and now the product stopped working and I only had a 30 day return window. Not happy with this product.

Good product at a good price would definitely recommend.

DO NOT BUY: It won’t recharge… it charges the first time, but after that, it simply won’t charge again. Note, this is my second non-Dyson replacement battery — unfortunately, the first seller I used no longer offers it.With this seller, at first, I thought it was the battery I received, so I returned it for a replacement, but the exact same thing happened: charges the first time and then won’t hold a charge after that.Then, I thought my Dyson charger must be bad — I have a friend with the same Dyson vacuum that also has a non-Dyson replacement battery, so I had them test my charger, and it fully charged their vacuum, twice, which means this battery is obviously the problem.This battery/seller is a complete waste of money.
