Can this pedal do slapback delay?

Absolutely! It does an excellent slapback.

Does this pedal have "tap tempo"? It sounds like it does from the description but, it isn't 100% clear.

no its a recreation of the DM2 from the 70s before tap tempto was around...you can put a volume pedal in the side and control time length...but not tap

did it come with a metal switch/button screw ?

Yes mine did and it said Made In Japan instead of Inspected In Japan
