The HC Companies Venetian Rectangular Plant Tray - Lightweight Plastic Plant Saucers - Plant Drip Trays for Indoor & Outdoor Use (17.5”, Warm Gray, Pack of 1)

There are a lot of planters and saucers available on Amazon, and I specifically chose this tray because the listing touts, "REMOVABLE DRAIN PLUGS - These window planter saucers feature removable drain plugs, so you can easily transfer your outdoor plants indoors or control the water drainage of the saucer." What I received was a solid piece of molded plastic with elevated squares in the corners. Maybe I am just ignorant of how to use a planter tray, but even if I were to take a drill or a saw or some other sharp implement to somehow remove these corner bumps, they would never be capable of plugging the hole afterwards. Plus, I noticed as I was taking pictures that the tray arrived damaged with one of its corners broken! Very disappointed, but too much trouble to pack up and return it.

The product is good and the right dimensions but whatever they are using for shipping isn’t working. The first one came in and wasn’t able to be used at all, broken around all edges and cracks through the bottom, so I requested a return. They were fast and responsive to getting me my money back and having a new one sent to me. Only problem is the second one came damaged too but it still works so I’ll just stick with this one. Don’t want to go through the headache of having another one come in broken.

The item description states it will fit square pots. This is not accurate. It is oblong, I bought it for a square pot and it will have to be sent back. It won't work for what I need it for.

I ordered 2 of these and was pretty disappointed. I had wanted to use these as trays for solar dancers. Both trays were warped badly. Nothing that quite a bit of weight couldn't fix, but not what I envisioned. I turned them upside down and added some weight on top and seemd to have worked until I turned them right side up and the warping was apparent again. Probably a good product if you happen to have the same sized planter, but if you don't, do not even try.

This is a strong and attractive flower pot or planter box tray. I have these under all my houseplants on my windowsills filled with small lava stones with pots on top. After watering my plants, I fill the trays with water as evaporation trays... Works great! Aside from the metal trays that are available, these are the strongest available! The terra cotta color matches all my pots as well.

Bought this to go under a planter that didn’t come with a tray to catch run off water. Although it’s smaller than the planter it does sit under the drainage holes and lifts the planter about 1 1/2 off the ground. It works for me. Arrived new and timely, I recommend…

I ordered this to go on a shelf and under one of the terrariums I recently purchased. It's a nice looking item and fits well on the shelf and under the terrarium. After trying this one, I will order another to fit on the other shelves on the plant stand.

Love this plant tray.....it's perfect for my window box planter, exactly the correct size to safely protect any water overflow. I had this window box and could not find tray anywhere, also I have a hand painted design on window box and it's still perfectly visible! Great product for the price!
