Están OK. Pedí talla mediana, tengo el brazo gordito y entro y ajustó bastante bien.Pero los usé para correr y conforme sudo se van enrollando...para la próxima los usaré cuando esté en escaladora.. Talvez de muevan menos.

Apply sweat sweat lotion on arms before putting on bands, also I found that the arm bands were not wide enough to cover my arms I had to order another pair. As long as you excercise this product will do the job.
