PL-608 Mini Bluetooth Gamepad Portable Wireless Bluetooth Gaming Controller with Remote Shutter Multimedia Controller for Mobile Phone Tablet and PC(Black)

I know they show the dimensions, but this is much smaller than I expected, almost too small to use. I have an Android phone and It works well to trigger a camera shutter, but I could not get it to work for games. I had been hoping to play some older games like Donkey Kong or Galaga, and although I could get the phone to recognize it, and could choose between 1 player and 2 player, I couldn't actually start a game using the remote. If I clicked on the screen to start the game, I could move the player, but it wouldn't fire/jump. The build quality is not bad - about what you'd expect for the price. I wasn't a fan of the joystick though. With bigger controllers, the joystick pivots up/down/left/right, this one slides. You have to slide it in the appropriate direction which took some getting used to. For the price I'll keep it and continue experimenting, but will probably end up getting something else to play my games.

I thought it would be simple and small enough for my 6 year old g-son. Charged up quickly and had my hopes up. The problem was after several attempts it wouldn’t connect to my smart Samsung TV.

It works now. I just had to use the instructions.

I would rate 0 stars if I could. It wasn't broken; it simply doesn't work. It connected just fine, it interacted with apps, but it doesn't communicate properly. Can't play games, can't navigate internet or social media, nothing.
