I felt its only for physically FIT people who are in exact shape, to elaborate further 1. True to size absolutely not, u need to buy one size smaller if ur on heavy side or slim side true size fits lose so no point of supporter if its doesnt support what it is suppose to. 2. Hand wash only, dont wash in washing machine it will become loose. 3. Lasted for max one week before becoming loose. And i hand washed only no machine 4. Waist looks huge but elastic inside is standard so the cloth around the elastic will not remain as it looks. Overall i would prefer the pain of traditional langot over this anyday.
