Good replacement part, fixed a front differential leak on a 2001 GMC Yukon

Great seal but no better than cheaper versions like Timken. The only reason for this purchase was the Timken was out of stock.

I was doing a total front steering rebuild on my 2000 Tahoe 4wd which required me to remove a lot of components. One of the few instances in my life I thought ahead and had the sense to order this seal as well. I figured since everything was already going to be removed replace the front axle seal as I would have easier access to it. The old one was not leaking but it was OLD and a little preventive maintenance never hurt!
