Q: Can you adjust the elastic so it doesn’t squeeze your wrist?

Yes. Band is adjustable with a “slider” type buckle

Q: Is it supposed to include the pins?

Yes the pins should be included. Mine were in plastic in the package not in the band itself.

Q: Can this be worn while swimming ?

I've worn it in the shower numerous times. Now there's more chemicals in a pool...this band is the stretch fabric. The most comfortable band I've ever worn. Hope it helps

Q: Will this band fit Inspire 3?

Not sure. It depends on the fastening device
