My oldest child has some sleep problems and his sleep neurologist recommended getting some melatonin on nights that we’ve exhausted everything or if we think he really just needs it …. Other melatonins in the past have had him wake up wired after a few short hours and those nights he has nightmares …. He’s had NONE with this brand !
