Great item recommended by a homeopath. Too early to tell of changes.

I've been using these for 3 days now, and I can honestly say I have noticed massive difference in skin/ ears/ digestion/ everything basically! I did read up on what ProBiotics were all about, as I just assumed they were for stomach issues (ie: bloating/ gas). I was intrigued to try these for an ongoing ear issue I have suffered for over 10 years - I basically get thrush in my ears, due to flaky skin which harvests bacteria and causes me issues - ie: tinnitus, moist discharge etc. The first day of taking these tablets I noticed that my skin looked flushed later on in the evening, and I thought it can only be these tablets distributing through my blood stream. The following day, I noticed I never once had the usual itch in my ears; which I have come to just tolerate. Today is my 3rd day and I can honestly say that the good bacteria must have populated in my ears as I know have normal coloured wax in them, rather than cottage cheese looking wet stuff. I no longer end up scratching my ears, its like these pills have actually distributed good bacteria throughout my body and sorted a whole load of issues. I have noticed a few spots on my face since taking these tablets, however I assume that that's the badness coming out of my skin and my body just rectifying it with my new improved immune system - which is clearly backed up with Live Bacteria and storming my entire body. Even my toilet habbits have changed slightly - it's like im going for healthier number twos, and my pee no longer looks darker than it should. I dunno how these properly work, but Im definitely seeing results and its not just a Placebo effect; these are actual real changes in my body which even a doctor and their medicine has failed to sort. Its like ive finally got to the source of the problem.The tablets are easy to swallow, they come in Tic Tac like pots. You take 2x tablets with food at breakfast. There are 30 days supply in the packet. For the quick results I have seen from these UniBac Original 9 live bacteria blend tablets, I think the price is well worth it. These tablets really do change your body and sort issues - I can't believe my ears are no longer a problem, within such a short space of time. I'm not even joking, I usually have a pen lid stuck in my ear to scratch my ear, as they are that bad whilst sat at my desk - but since taking these tablets, i've not felt one need to scratch at all. It's like a miracle pill. I'm chuffed to bits. I'll definitely be getting more when these run out.

I’ve only been taking these supplements for a few days but wow they are amazing and are working wonderfully! I’ve already noticed a difference and I feel they are really supporting me with my health, particularly with bloating and my IBS. I’m truly delighted with them and I find them very easy to use. The capsules are easy for me to swallow and don’t have any horrible smells or aftertaste. I like the packaging a lot because it’s easy for me to dispense the capsules and it makes these supplements portable so I can take them away with me if I need to. I think these supplements are just so outstanding because the ingredients used are high quality and vegan friendly. I’ve not had any discomfort or unwanted side effects since taking them which is great so I definitely do recommend them. I think the value for money is superb due to the quality and quantity so I’ll continue to use them because they are really working well. They get a huge thumbs up from me!!

First off I'm pleased to see these are fully vegetarian and vegan, I'm Hindu and finding good supplements without a bovine capsule is surprisingly difficult!These come with 9 different probiotic strains per serving and you only take 2 capsules a day so the pack of 60 should last 1 month. Probiotics are great for the gut and impact other areas of our body such as our digestion and skin. Since it's the festive period I haven't been eating the most clean so I have had breakouts but overall I've noticed my digestion is better and my skin looks more glowy.I think healthy gut bacteria is a great thing to incorporate into your diet and these seem good so I'd recommend them :)

I have been taking these with my breakfast for a few days now. Like most supplements, I'm finding it hard to tell if they are doing much. I seem to have a rather sensitive stomach lately and have not noticed much change as of yet.Having looked at other reviews it seems they work for some things though so the mark only reflects my experience.You get these in a smart cardboard box containing two plastic tubs (rather like non-see-through Tic Tac tubs). In each tub you get 30 capsules and are advised to take two with a meal.I will keep taking these until they run out and report back if I DO notice any changes.
