See update - This is a second machine I ordered - the water does not pump through the machine
UPDATE: just got a replacement machine that had the same issue with water not flowing through the machine, I called the customer service. As it turns out YOU NEED TO PRIME THIS MACHINE BY FILLING THE TANK WITH HOT WATER AND RUN THE MACHINE CYCLE AT LEAST 3 TIMES which is different from the instructions booklet that tells you to fill it with room temperature water. It does not work with room temperature!! The hotel water did the trick :)) and the machine is working great now. I changed my review to 4 stars, took a star off because of bad instructions.Initial review: The machine looked new but the box looked like it was used. Plugged it in and followed the instructions to turn it on and run several cycles by pressing the lungo button. You can hear the motor running but the water won’t pump through the machine. This is the second Innisia that I received with this same issue!! Ordered a replacement.

Best coffee I ever made! Super easy to use! Super compact. Takes up almost no space on counter top! Same size as my toaster!

Update 5/16/23: the replacement machine has arrived and runs great. Hoping to have the same great experience with this Nespresso machine that we've enjoyed for so many years. Increased our rating to the full 5 stars.Original review: Our original Inissia developed a leak after many years of excellent performance.Ordered from this seller (instead of ship by Amazon) to have this for my wife by Mother's Day, it arrived two days before, but doesn't work. It lights up, the compressor sounds like it's running but no water pumps. Went right to Amazon, took the "Replace It" option to give the seller (who has generally good reviews) another chance, but gotta admit I'm not happy I got a bad machine, and the replacement will arrive day after Mother's Day. Hope it works.Will update either way.

Compact coffee gem!
Well packaged. No damage. The only caveat would be the sample coffee was incorrect. Not a big deal. The machine works great, has a small cabinet footprint and is affordable to use, unlike the vertuo machine.
