Where was is this restriction set? As far as we are concerned, this product is shipped throughout the United States and we ship this product globally. At this time, this product is sold in 26 different countries and in the United States.

Yes, I apologize. We've tried to talk to Amazon about this issue. We tried several times to correct the picture on our back page. The back page changes the picture but the live page displays Set A over and over. This ASIN, B007ZIFBS6 is supposed to be for Set B and the ASIN B007ZH8VRA is Set A. But since both ASINs display a picture of set A and most people go by what the product looks like in the picture, we ship Set A for this ASIN. At this time we do not have any listing on Amazon for Set B except for what's included in the set of 72 with ASIN B00ATDLSUY. I hope my explanation helps.
