Can mix with anything! Soluble Fiber!
It’s hard to get my daily fiber in. I’ve tried probably 20 different types from supplements to fiber cookies to chalky powders that taste yucky, so finding Vitality Fiber has been a game changer. It’s soluble fiber, which is important to me because does not upset my tummy, has 5g per serving and is not gritty and can be mixed into anything easily and efficiently. I can really power up any meal by adding this, especially if I’m having a low fiber kind of day!

Yummy inulin
Works well for feed L.Reuteri bacteria. I’ve used the entire bag. I also sometimes put it straight in my tea or coffee or smoothie. Dissolves easily. Good quality and easy to mix. Tastes just fine.

I mix Inulin in my coffee with straight monk fruit powder
I mix Inulin in my coffee with straight monk fruit powder and the insulin tends to smooth the harsher sweetness of the monk fruit out some. Good quality source at a good price.

Inulin in general might be hard to dissolve
**Edit** After doing research on how to dissolve inulin, it seems it is somewhat of a challenge in general. The support team at micro ingredients responded to my concerns promptly. They were kind!! Because of their customer service, I decide to give four stars!! This powder has a sweet taste (which I like) I just wish inulin was easier to dissolve. I’m glad others have had better experiences with that :)**This product was recommended by a YouTuber I am subscribed to. They recommended this as one of the few inulin options for making super cultured dairy. I was eager to give this a try but was disappointed. I tested this powder out in both cold and hot beverages. The powder immediately clumps and is very difficult to break apart. I reached out to manufacturer’s support team. I’m hoping that this one bag was off and not the way they formulate it. I don’t see myself ordering this again. If I do and the powder dissolves easily, I will update this review.

You can’t go wrong with this
I’ve always loved every product from Micro Ingredients. The quality is always the best and I love how pure the products are. Since I’ve only been taking this for 2 weeks, I can’t say that I feel like a different person. However, knowing the health benefits these ingredients have, I know it’s only doing great things for my body.

Great tasting inulin that works well in home yogurt
Great tasting inulin. Has worked well for both dairy and non dairy prebiotic feeding in home made yogurts from coconut milk or vegetable based yogurt. Good quantity and quality for the money.

Excellent source of fiber which can be incorporated in so many ways.
This has become my go-to daily fiber. I have done the research, and Inulin has so many benefits. I put this in my drinks, or yogurt, etc. and it does not clump easily. Drawbacks are mainly on the packaging side.. The bag can be difficult to re-close, so they need to work on this part of the packaging because of potential spills and I don't know what the open air would do to the product. I also think the little scoop they provide is kind of useless - I just use a measuring spoon.

Good Price, Very Hard to Blend into Drinks, Not My Favorite Inulin
In recent years I stumbled across inulin as an easy, natural, and dare I say healthy way of staying regular and supporting gut health. The first bottle I tried of inulin was a different, but well known brand. It lasted a good long while, I don't take it religiously every day, more like several days a week. It blended fairly easily into beverages, and had a slightly sweet and pleasant taste. I had no intestinal discomfort, and it was helpful especially for postpartum when staying regular can be challenging but necessary with all the new demands on your body.Once my bottle ran out I knew I wanted more. This inulin came out as the winner for the least expensive. It's organic and seemed to be reputable, so I went with it.I've now been using this for several months, again with a regularity of several times a week. I now see that not all inulin is the same, and perhaps there is more to which kind of food the inulin is coming from. The effects as far as I can tell are similar, if not as strong. It seems to take affect roughly 24 hours after consuming, on average. Sometimes I can't even tell I've taken any. This could be due in part to the serving size difference. The other brand I took recommended a level teaspoon, 4g, while this includes a scoop that is roughly 2.6g. I suppose I could try taking a touch more to see if it has a similar affect as the other. The main reason I docked two stars is because this particular inulin I find difficult to mix into things, as well as the taste. It won't mix into water or any other cold or room temperature liquids. It clumps up and sticks to your glass, so that you have to get a spoon to scrape it out and basically eat it. Why add it to a beverage if it does that. It works well enough in smoothies, but I don't make smoothies all that often. The best success I've had is mixing it into my morning coffee, but it has to be done in a precise way. I have to add it to my cup first, then add some frothed milk, then coffee. Even then, it may or may not dissolve into my coffee, but it has the highest chance of doing so. If I add the inulin last, it won't dissolve in. If I add the inulin, then coffee, then milk, it won't mix in. It's terribly fussy and really limits how I can consume it without getting large chunks in my drinks or worse, it all just sticking to the bottom. I honestly wouldn't mind the chunks all that much except I don't much care for the taste of this inulin. I enjoyed the other one. This one I do not. For these two reasons, I would not buy this product again, but would return to the original brand I purchased. If you make frequent smoothies or blend it into oatmeal or find some other way to easily dissolve it into food or drink and don't mind the subtle taste (and you can't really taste it much if at all when properly blended), then this inulin would be a good choice.
