Very good chair for yoga. It's short for me, as I am tall, so , if you are tall , 175cm and more, you need to get taller chair. I am a yoga teacher, so , I know how to adjust chair to my needs, but if you are new to yoga, I would recommend to get chair that proper size for you. Chair itself good quality and good alignment.
