Best Pull up bar available on Amazon with locking system on both the ends so that it doesn't lose it's grip. The cushioning to hold the bar is very soft and of good quality. The bar is of high quality and sturdy. Happy with my purchase and I would recommend this one instead of others which doesn't have locking system.
