These bars are delicious. I've been limiting sugar and carbs like so many, but am getting a little tired of the lack of or odd flavors. I saw this line of lower (not alternative) sugar and reasonable carbs products. I took a try on these peanut butter bars and found them to be soft-baked and delicate with plenty of flavor. I think I've found some alternatives to keto that aren't making me full of guilt and ruining my healthier goals.

It’s low in calories compared to regular banana bread, and I appreciate that it’s made with almond flour and other wholesome ingredients. It also leaves me feeling full, which is great if you’re trying to eat lighter but still want something that feels like a treat.The only ingredient I’m a bit unsure about is the peanut oil, but everything else checks out. Overall, it’s a great healthier alternative

Very good bar. I like to keep them in the car for anyone who gets hungry. I recommend Amazon packages these in a box since they keep arriving with smashed boxes. The bar is a good size and its gluten free .

Did not enjoy these bars. Somewhat dry even with the milk I drank. Will not repurchase. They look better than they taste. For me it was the dry texture that was off putting. Lacked the level of sweetness I was expecting. High priced for the small bar size.

Im addicted to these. Tastes very good. They are soft.
