The product is excellent no doubt and much cheaper than offline. However 9 times out of 10 it comes broken or cracked because of poor packing. Amazon you need to crack this problem and introduce thermocol packing for crockery.

I received my item not complete it’s only 11 pcs suppose to be 19 pcs ?
