I started getting red-light therapy at a medical, but the cost was just way too much for me to continuously do. Ever since I stopped I've been playing with the idea of making the leap and purchasing my own at home red light, and i finally decided to do it. I love this lamp. It comes with a few accessories for mounting, if you choose, and protective eye glasses. It was very easy to setup, literally nothing was required at all. Simply attach the cord and plug in and it was ready to go. I love the little side panel, as it let's you choose between the red light and NIR, I also like that it isn't limited to certain time settings. You set the time by the minute, allowing you precise control over you're therapy time. I love the way the light makes me feel, I always feel rejuvenated and like a new person after a session. It has been so helpful with managing pain, and also has significantly improved my skin as well. The light feels of very good quality, it is solid and not flimsy. It isn't very big, so it's not a pain to store, but it is big enough to feel like your entire body is reaping the benefits.

This red light device is very well made and a great value as well. It is compact, yet large enough to bathe my torso in red and infrared light therapy. I noticed pain relief (osteo arthritis in spine) within just the first few treatments. I'm very happy with my purchase.

I have been reading a lot about the benefits of red light therapy for lowering inflammation, skin health, anti-aging, improved energy, etc. This is a nice, compact little unit that’s easy to move around. I like to keep it on when I’m doing my make-up/hair, but sometimes I also move it into my bedroom to have on for a bit while I’m relaxing. The lights are bright and it has red and infared options with a timer for auto shut-off. The pamphlet it comes with has info on general instructions and also contains information on how light therapy works. There are so many products out there on the market now that it’s important to know what is legit. I would love them to release some third party studies that have data about how well their devices work. Overall, excited to keep using this device to see what benefits I experience!

I got this after people a fibromyalgia group suggested me to try Red Light Therapy for my pains. Comes with everything needed to get started. I like that I can hang it or can set it somewhere with the kickstand like metal. Not light but not to heavy to move it places. Easy to set up too. I started using on my legs first for my pains. I really like that it doesn't put off heat specially with hot weather we have. I'm glad it has a timer so not to forget to turn it off so not using for to long of a time at once. The buttons for operating it are simple. Can use Red light and Infrared Light together. I unplug it when done and put it away without it taking up a lot of room. My legs are less sore now and I plan to continue using this as suggested in the booklet.

This red light therapy device is fantastic. It's easy to use and works well. It comes with several accessories to help you use it properly. There is also a stand which will keep it stable during use.

Great and very efficient size! Not too big but large enough to cover a good amount of body/legs! Love how less inflamed I feel after using it! Great output! Well made.

So far this light has been a good value for the price. It seems to have helped slightly with knee pain after a few days so I’m going to continue to use it. It’s surprisingly bright. It can tilt or stand upright, and I love that it came with sunglasses and a door mount for ease of use. I’d like to eventually get a bigger light that could cover more surface area.
