I had a Pisco sour when I was on vacation in Peru, and was anxious to try to make the drink once I was back home. Blend this mix, ice, and Pisco and you have a Pisco sour that tasted authentic to me.

Easy peasy pisco
I must have had a pisco sour with every meal while I was in Peru. I brought back a few bottles of Pisco, thinking it would be as easy to prepare them at home as Margaritas. When we researched the recipe, it seemed much more complicated. Luckily, we had bought one of these Wasska boxes in Peru. We prepared one bottle with one box of Wasska. It was very easy. We added water, ice and limes. It still came out rather strong. I had more bottles left, so I searched and found Wasska here on Amazon. Now I had more Wasska than pisco. I used two boxes per bottle, and I was very pleased. My friends that I shared the pisco with were very pleased. It was a good purchase.
