I take this everyday. Small, Chewable or sublingual, i trust NOW brand because I read their history and have good results with their products. I had ridges in my fingernails, I take these B12 twice a day and the ridges are gone.

Now products are usually a quality product.

I like when they are tiny, this has a flavour but I prefer to just take it whole.

Take it every day and it’s enjoyable and good benefits. Just let it sit on your tongue and it melts. Nice flavor. Great price! I trust NOW!

Hi, Just started using these and I like them. I prefer sublingual B 12 rather than pill form. These are small, dissolve easily and have a pleasant taste; a bit tart berry-ish and not too sweet ( sweetened with stevia and monk fruit extract) The absolute most important thing is that these are 'methylcobalamin' and NOT 'cyancobalamon'. I ONLY use 'methylcobalamin' and that includes in my multi vitamin/mineral tablets etc. I've used higher doses of B 12, and decided to lower it to 1,000 mcg, which combined with my Life Extension multi/mineral daily tablets (300 mcg) is a total of 1,300mcg daily. I change up my supplement regimen every so often, and have reached a formula that works for me. I like these B12 lozenges ( as they're called) and I recommend them. ~DM

Good so far need to use long term to notice the different

I recommend it also tastes good like candy , and the size of the lozenge is very small it can be taken sublingual or by chewing

Ha ha These losenges feel like you are having a candy eveyday but the improved focus and relaxing is what you get after taking them every day
