This fan controller is great. It works great on my 6 inch duct fan and it even controls my lasko clip fans! Hopefully it lasts.

Created a terrible hum in the fan(6" Hon). Directions said to start on high and reduce as needed. Produced a loud hum at all levels.When turning the fan on low, the power consumption actually went up by 30 as well

reasonable price and works well. wish I could get one that would work proportionally depending on temperature.

I bought this item as it was recommended to give control to the fan speed of our variable line fan, it does not do this at all. It's just an on-off switch that causes the fan to hum.

It claims your fan won't hum, that is not true, mine hummed
