This is not the seller this is some weird scammer apparently. Seller assured me this was not them and helped me with my product. I am grateful for their understanding and clarity as I was really upset about the scammer.Just got this yesterday. I have charged this overnight and kept it plugged in today and It will not turn on. I hate to have to go through the hassle of returning it but I guess that’s my next move. It looks awesome though!

Great design. Great idea. I read alot of the reviews and saw that there were units that did not work. But alot of good reviews so I crossed my fingers and hoped. The seller is absolutely amazing and has some of the best communication i have seen on Amazon. I really like this unit and I think it would make a great device for recording a ton of content. Especially unboxing videos like I do. It is not too heavy, I had no issues with extending the arms or retracting them, no broken arms and it comes in a convenient fold up and stow away box that is great for travel. When dealing with the arms, don't just grab and snatched and yank at the arms. Take your time and you will see how easy it is and how the arms actually work. It's easy.

First of all the function of it is wonderful…. Until it’s not. Will not hold charge which I remedied with plugging it in while using. But then the stand that held the phone snapped…. Way too easily. And there was NO WAY TO FIX IT or make it work. The standard themselves should be made of metal. But it’s plastic painted to look like metal and breaks with the least resistance. Too expensive to break in less than a year.

When I originally ordered this product, like some of the other reviews - the light did not work at all. I contacted the seller and they responded within 24hrs and shipped a new product out, super nice and quick to respond. The sleekness and idea of the product is amazing. I have no issue putting everything back together and it fits well for me. The only issue I have with this product is when you clip the phone on either stands, it’s not straight up- it there’s a tilt down. So you cannot get a straight line/view of sight, it’s tilted down. Which if that’s what you’re going for, than this will be great for use. And the front bar tilts, but it’s not very sturdy and it drops down a bit. I think this will be great for desk use if you’re a crafter and you want a hands free recording with lights. So it all depends what you’re looking to actually do with the stand. If you’re trying to use this as a stand alone selfie stand, mmmm…I do not believe this is this best product- unless you stage it on a desk or something to make it higher- remembering the tilt down. Great sleek look and amazing customer service.

The media could not be loaded. I’m frustrated with us because it was so expensive and the main feature (the light) doesn’t work after hours of charging it. Waste of 70 dollarsUpdate: !!!!The moment I posted this review, the product owner contacted me and apologized profusely and then issued a new one. I asked him if I could send it back and he said no it’s okay just have a new product. It came in 3 days later and was perfect. Charged up nicely, and all of the features are pretty incredible. The fact that the tripod phone holder attachments BOTH (yes there are two, one on the ring light and one on a separate tripod attachment) are flexible in the way that it lets you record landscape wise and “selfie” as well. The separate tripod attachment is wonderful for recording overhead videos, nail videos, beauty videos, etc. That is probably my favorite feature that I think sets this tripod apart from many others that I’ve bought. The base is heavy so your iPhone won’t fall at all, the tripod iPhone holders fit into a compartment of this base beautifully. The light is strong but not too bright. I used my other ring light to get more of the look I was looking for. Every piece/attachment slides right back into the base for a clean look. I love this light! And the costumer service!

The concept is great, it’s compact it gets the job done however the handles are strong enough to hold a position, it’s definitely not giving longevity. And that’s not even the worst part the COMPANY, wow they do not send out new products, the very first one was unopened but the light didn’t work I’m on my 4th one and every single one has come opened, in trashed boxes, cords hanging out, cracks, and the second to last one was so dirty it had makeup on it, food, oily fingerprints, it was DISGUSTING! The last one has been the best but after thoroughly inspecting it I could tell it was also used. Not sure what’s going on over there but until they fix that aspect the product will forever be overshadowed by the how tacky the company is.

I bought this product on April 2024 but I actually started using it on June. It is August 2nd 2024 and the light stopped working. The arm is great but unfortunately I needed the light and now it doesn’t work. So sad.

I do love this for many reasons. The main one is the ease of use. It's very simple, effective and is truly all in one. I only have 2 things I would change.1) The arm that bends downward, I would make it so that I can swivel it. Often when I'm filming the base will end up since I film overhead with a view of my desk (tarot videos). This is partially caused by the smaller size of my desk. But if I could, I'd have that arm swivel instead of being fixed.2) The attachment that sits by the light doesn't stay when you bend the light downward. I film my videos on a deactivated phone overhead filming my desk and the subject matter. I have my activated phone that I'd like to put in the phone holder by the light. But when you bend the light down, the phone holder falls off. It would be great to have the phone holder attachment in a location that doesn't interfere with the light or the phone's attachment sliding off.Overall, I do like this. Would I buy it again, I'd probably buy a 1 phone holder with a much smaller base if that base was heavy enough to make sure the whole thing didn't fall over.

I've purchased expensive lighting systems from Corsair that are frankly not as good as this thing is.(The problem with Corsair lights, btw, is they operate on wifi but their teach is flaky AF when it comes to connecting to and staying on wifi, so I've actually had to stop using the four Corsair lights I bought because, as great as they are when they work, they're unreliable.)I bought this light because I'm doing more social stuff on my phone for work, and the little ring lights for phones are le garbage. But to be honest - I was pretty sure I was gonna be disappointed by this thing, based on the reviews. For less than a hundred bucks, I was willing to take a chance on it though. Again, Corsair lights are, like, $500 a pop or something and I've bought four of them - so this was a fraction of that.First, it looks nice on my desk, next to my iMac. The white is Apple-like.Two, you can change not only brightness levels but also the shade of the light. I believe there are three shades: bright white (with a bluish tint i think), orangey glow and then a sort of yellowish pale color. Including photos to help show the differences. Update on those photos: the colors don't photograph well, unfortunately.Three, the big square of light is so much nicer than a ring light and is just as nice as the big squares of light that Corsair offers.As for things that are maybe not perfect... the telescopic handle / holder sometimes falls when you mess with it, so I've just left it at the same height on my desk to avoid any drama. I'm trying to think of something else that's not good... but it's good. I'll probably get another one to have on the other side of my monitor, like I used to do with my Corsairs. Great stuff.Perfect for filming on your phone while seated, and also great lighting for Zoom calls.

Just received, so I don’t have long term experience, but overall quality seems very adequate! Good bang for buck here.

I saw this product on TikTok recommended by an influencer. I had high expectations but I’m so disappointed. The first time I used it the battery died after charging it for the whole night. It’s also proven very difficult to use it. It’s very bulky and the leg doesn’t extend enough to film over the head recipes without getting the stand in the shot. I would definitely not recommend, it’s very big and limited in what you can film with it.

I am so excited over this. Looks so minimalistic and beautiful and works really good. Material is high quality and also the lighting is amazing. Thanks
