Keep Fluid off the Legs.
Rutin is also called at the time, the Permeability Vitamin. This low dose works for me. If you take too much you tend to get leg cramps. I take it once a day several days a week. My wife does likewise. Sometimes you can eat something that has too much salt in it. I avoid that.
