Intenso Coffee Beans, dark roast, 2kg (2 packs of 1 kg) - Rainforest Alliance Certified

probably my favourite coffee beans of the last few years. Great value, nice strength, good taste. Use them in a bean to cup machine. Good smell, taste and colour. I have also bought the Amazon ground for when I'm at work and use a French press and thats good too.

I love my coffee and i'll always grind fresh at most doing a batch to last a day or so amd keeping it sealed. It's not cheap buying coffee beans soni decided to give these a try as the price was so tempting. This is a 1kg bag of 100% Arabica beans. The bag is foil lined with the usual pressure valve at the top to avoid the bag popping. The beans are rainforrest alliance certified so both peoples rights and the forrest are treated with respect. They do also state on the bag that the beans are sourced from several countries, but are roasted and packed in Belgium. If they are good quality beans you will smell the coffee in the bag before opening, not so in this case. The beans are sourced from multiple countries rather than single source which is a bit disapointing. Single source beans always have a better flavour profile and also give a reliable expectation. E.g. South america will be rich and fruity, asia and africa more acidic. These make a very acidic brew soni would presume the latter. I like to brew an espresso for new beans to get a full impression of the flavour and oil content. This gives a very thin almost no creme layer, so not much oil to the beans (milder, drier flavour), it brews a black rather than brown (medium to dark roasted beans). Taste wise this is very acidic. Piping hot the flavour is quite neutral and not really much of anything, let it cool a bit and it's smooth, very smooth, but also the high acidity comes through. There's not really any dominant flavour notes or aromas that i pick up, maybe a very mild chocolate or nut. Unfortunately the acidity overwhelms the palette thr cooler it gets. This has been roasted to a pleasant level (3/5), there's no taste of burnt coffee, but i think a heavier roasting would help reduce the acid and bring out more of the flavour. Because this is much more acidic than i would normally drink i think i'll have this as a morning coffee (to help get things moving). I'd also recommend brewing in a cafetiere rather than espresso. The ussual 1 tablespoon + 1 spoon per cup. Overall a bargain option for coffee beans and will definitely wake you up. But if you don't like acidic coffee and prefer a rich flavour profile steer clear. Thank you for reading my review. I hope you found it useful

Having taken a gamble on cheap coffee beans before and been hugely disappointed, I was pleasantly surprised by these. I have always bought Lavazza or Pelican Rouge, but the prices have gone insane. Here is a decent, strongly favoured and tasty coffee still for not much more than £10 a kilo when others have rocketed to £20+ or gone completely unavailable. Ordered twice so far and will continue to do so.

I purchased this coffee for the first time based simply on the fact I enjoy arabica medium roast coffee and saw this was an Amazon Choice product. The price was reasonable so decided to try it. I must say I was definitely not disappointed! I ground the beans to a fine grind to use in my espresso machine. The beans ground easily and I savoured my first and subsequent cups. The crema was a beautiful golden brown colour with a lovely aroma. Upon tasting my first latte, I was delighted. The coffee was smooth with a slight acidity and I could taste notes of hazelnut and chocolate and the coffee was very fresh. The 1kg size of the bag will last my family for quite a while and I think the price was quite reasonable and a great value for the money. I don’t think I have been so pleased with a purchase for a long time. I would definitely recommend this coffee for those who like a smooth, medium roast coffee. I will be buying this coffee again over and over.

Ik ben absoluut verrast door de kwaliteit van deze Amazon House Blend koffiebonen! Zoek je een uitstekende, zachte koffie voor dagelijks gebruik? Zoek dan niet verder. ​Smaak en Kwaliteit ​De smaak is heerlijk zacht en perfect in balans. Het is een 100% Arabica blend met een medium branding, wat resulteert in een comfortabele, smaakvolle kop koffie zonder de bittere of scherpe randjes die je soms bij huismerken vindt. ​De zachte en aromatische smaak kan zich zonder problemen meten met de bonen van veel 'grote namen'. ​En dan de prijs-kwaliteitverhouding. Een uitstekende, betaalbare blend die zich zonder twijfel kan meten met de duurdere concurrentie. De verpakking is nu goud en de blauwe (sterkte 4) heb ik ook besteld en moet ik nog uitproberen.

J’ai acheté ce lot de 2 kg de café Amazon House Blend pour l’utiliser dans ma machine à café automatique DeLonghi Eletta, et je dois dire que je suis très satisfait du résultat. Bon équilibre des saveurs La torréfaction est moyenne, ce qui donne un café équilibré, ni trop amer ni trop acide. Il convient aussi bien pour un espresso court que pour un café long. Le goût est rond, légèrement corsé, avec une belle mousse à chaque extraction. 100 % Arabica et certifié Rainforest Alliance C’est un vrai plus de savoir que le café est 100 % Arabica, avec une origine traçable et une certification éthique. Côté arôme, ça se ressent : le café est doux, mais a du caractère. Parfait pour machine automatique Les grains sont bien calibrés, sans poussière ni résidus. Ils passent parfaitement dans le broyeur de ma DeLonghi Eletta sans bloquer ni encrasser la machine. La mouture est régulière, la qualité est au rendez-vous. Bon rapport qualité/prix Pour environ 13 € le kilo, difficile de trouver mieux pour cette qualité en grande quantité. Ich habe die # by Amazon Kaffeebohnen, mittlere Röstung, 100% Arabica, Amaretto ausprobiert und bin absolut begeistert. Schon beim Öffnen der Packung steigt einem ein angenehmer Duft entgegen, der sofort Lust auf die erste Tasse macht. Die Bohnen sind gleichmäßig geröstet und haben eine schöne, mittlere Farbe. Beim Mahlen verströmen sie ein intensives Aroma, das später in der Tasse perfekt zur Geltung kommt. Der Geschmack ist ausgewogen: vollmundig, angenehm weich und mit einer feinen Amaretto-Note, die sich dezent im Hintergrund hält – nicht künstlich oder aufdringlich, sondern harmonisch und edel. Besonders positiv finde ich, dass die Packung im Doppelpack (2 × 1 kg) geliefert wird. Das ist praktisch und preislich absolut fair. Durch die wiederverschließbaren Beutel bleibt das Aroma lange frisch. Ob als Espresso, Cappuccino oder Latte Macchiato – die Bohnen liefern konstant hervorragende Ergebnisse. Es un café muy equilibrado y realmente delicioso. La relación calidad-precio es sencillamente imbatible. La tueste no es demasiado intensa, lo que permite apreciar plenamente sus excelentes aromas. Se perciben notas de chocolate, de avellana y un fondo suave que lo hace muy agradable en boca. Perfecto tanto para el desayuno como para una pausa a media tarde. Para quienes buscan un café aromático, accesible y de gran calidad, lo recomiendo sin ninguna duda.

Très bon café pour un usage quotidien. La torréfaction moyennement poussée est parfaite pour un goût équilibré, ni trop fort ni trop léger. Les grains sont de bonne qualité, 100% Arabica, et le format 1kg est très pratique. Le prix est imbattable pour ce niveau de qualité. Parfait pour la machine à café, que ce soit en expresso ou en café allongé. Livraison rapide et emballage soigné. Je recommande sans hésiter !
