This is a great product. I was browsing through a lot of options before settling for this one. The quality of the steel in the body of the grinder is premium, feels quite expensive to hold. The handle flushes in the top perfectly, and the glass cylinder to hold the ground coffee screws in at the bottom with zero efforts. Looks very good in the kitchen. I can also vouch for the effectiveness of grounding coffee with this. There are 6 settings here, with 6 being coarse, and 1 being very fine. I regularly use 5 or 6 for my french press, and it grinds the coffee beans exactly to that setting, without pushing the handle too hard. It is very easy to operate. I can highly recommend this to anyone looking for a really good coffee bean grinder.

The product is good with its build quality. No negative points for that. For the first year it was working absolutely fine, i was really happy. But then after 1 year i am experiencing many problems. Now it is not grinder properly, the ground coffee is uneven in size, many time while grinding its handle becomes loose and roatates freely. Now grinding coffee is becoming a headache from this grinder, earlier it was very smooth. So if you want a product which will work properly for years, this is not the one. It is very good for the first year, after that it will be a headache

The product is fantastic, you can grind your beans for espresso on settings 1 and 1-6 settings are perfect for different types of brew, the product comes with a manual that gives you the grind settings chart. After using the product for a month I had a minor issue, I notified the seller and they replied to my email the same day and immediately resolved the issue and sent in new parts, really excellent service and good behavior. Update: My grinder was having a handle issue with the plastic handle, and the seller replaced the handle 3 times, and when they got the metal handle grinder they sent me one since the previous grinder was causing a little issue, great service provided by the seller, highly recommend their product, despite being a family run business they provide better service than many other big name companies out there.
