Best clear coat for headlights
Amazing product. I just restored my headlights, and they look brand new after spraying this coat on them.

Great long lasting results with the right preparation.
We removed and prepped our headlights using sandpaper grit from 320 to 2000. They still look new after three years. This is a great product if you follow the instructions. Take the time to download and read all the safety and application documentation if it’s your first time.

Excellent
Year and a half mark. I usually use LightRite UV, but couldn't find it at that time. I gave this a try and was impressed! The prior mentioned brand requires UV light to cure, and forms a cross-linking structure. This brand does not require UV light to cure, and dries naturally. So far, the finish looks just as good as when I first recoated the lights. Original cure time was fast, it was complete by afternoon, and even got slightly rained on that evening; no issues!

It's ok ..
I was excited to finally redo my headlights cause it was starting to looked really foggy and sun damaged. After spraying the first one, I was really happy. It came out nice and clear but the second headlight not so great. It was spraying out funny. It didn't go on as smooth and left really bad dry spots. I tried wet sanding and buffy after it was dry but still could see it. All in all it was ok. WOULD I BUY AGAIN?? Maybe... I want to try my second headlight again. It would be nice if each can was a little cheaper. I'm going to try to cut the it down more and see if it'll look better and if it does I'll post an update on my review.

Amazing Product
Perfect product to restore headlights. I used sandpaper, window cleaner and a grease/wax remover before putting this on my headlights. Did around 3-4 cars I would definitely recommend it for anybody.

My headlights are clear again.
Great 1k paint. It worked awsome for my headlights. My SUV's headlights where yellow from the sun. Looked on YouTube on how to video followed the manufacturer instructions and now they are clear again. Clear and bright again.

This is the right stuff. I've included a before and after photo. I also used it on my tail lights over a VHT Night Shades red coating to maintain a consistent finish between the red and clear zones I created. For best results, clean the lenses up first! Get any dead, peeling, or yellowed clear coat off your lenses by sanding, starting with 800 grit, moving down to 2000 grit wet. Cleaning my headlight lenses was harder, because they take a much larger beating from sun and debris. For my tail lights, I just went straight to 2000 grit. Make sure they're cleaned of residual grease and sanding residue with water, then iso alcohol wipe downs before spraying. When you've got a nice consistent lens cloudiness, start with a light coat of the 2k clear, then mid-wet on subsequent coats (no runs!!) I had my best finish (as pictured) starting with horizontal strokes for light coats, then switching to vertical for the heavier coats. I also had the can in a hot water bath before/ between coats, which helped maintain consistent density when spraying. Mask your work area: lots of overspray. Use eye / (chemical) breathing protection! The after pictures show the end result with zero additional polish or sanding. This stuff should be your go to, and clear lenses make your car faster. 😆

I have used spraymax 2K numerous times in the larger cans for auto body...didnt want to waste half a can so decided on this smaller can made specifically for poly carbonate....People complaining may have got a dud...my can was expired 2022...but it was still fine..Pics of smoked tail lights...I easily got 4 wet coats...with some left over..So 1 can is definitly enough for any 2 headlights out there..Protip...have work upright....always keep can upright so no sputter....especially as can gets emptier..this goes for any canned paint.Seller was also excellent!!
