Despite being made of PVC fiber, it delivers a rich, warm, and perfectly tuned sound that feels very close to a traditional bamboo bansuri. The tone is smooth, stable, and ideal for both classical practice and light music. The build quality is excellent—strong, durable, and unaffected by weather changes, which is a big advantage compared to bamboo flutes. The finishing is neat, the grip feels comfortable, and the holes are placed very accurately, making it easy to play even for beginners.

Overall good. But it sounds little different then usual bamboo flute. But very good for practice.

Great value for money. Tuning was accurate. I like the lip-rest, which makes it easy to blow. I have purchased multiple flutes over a period of months, and it is delightful to see perfect tuning and consistent sound quality! I am a beginner player and have played bamboo flutes in the past which are maintenance intensive. I was initially apprehensive about the PVC material, but found it to be very melodious and easier to play. It is excellent for early learners and for practice. I can imagine giving a performance with it too, since it is accurately tuned and melodious! If you are wanting to learn an instrument, I think this is the lowest cost barrier. Go for it!
