Great roasting rack.
Sturdy roasting rack. I already have one. Had it for years. Was very happy to get another one. I good two turkeys for thanksgiving. Love that’s it’s adjustable. Good size too.

Good
Perfect size, cleans easily and works great for what I needed it for. Great price for the quality no rust at all. Used many times for different things.

Perfect for my smaller pyrex dish.
I have 2 pyrex dishes, with a large rack for the bigger one. Needed a rack for the smaller one when I was roasting a smaller piece of meat. This was the perfect fit for my 7x11 casserole dish. Cleans up well and is sturdy. Wish I had found it years ago.

A little cheap, but should do the trick
I have yet to put it to the test of cooking and cleaning, but the initial thought is that it's a bit flimsy, and a bit small, but it should work as a basic rack for my oval roasting pan. We'll see if the quality holds up after use, but it was a low priced product, so you get what you pay for.

Works as intended for large cuts of meat in a roasting pan.
Purchased for my granite turkey roaster and it worked great...highly recommend. Measure the roaster pan to get the right size.

Disappointed
Very light and small. I probably didn’t pay attention to dimensions. I’ll keep it. Can probably use for a small roast beef etc.

Fox Run Oval Roasting Rack
I love both the racks that I have bought in the last few weeks, The Fox Run oval roasting rack which arrived today and fits into my 15'' oval roaster and the other one was a smaller one which I used the other day to make a pork roast. Wow, easy to clean, just washed, let it soak for a few minutes and it was done. Thank you for the fast delivery to Australia and the products are great.

Love this rack so far
Love this rack so far. I got it as a replacement. The rack that came with my non-stick roaster rusted. Then the last time I used my old one, I put it in the dishwasher and ruined it for good. That's why I wanted to get this stainless steel one. It's a little small, but I cooked a whole ham on it and it was fine. I haven't tried a turkey yet but I think it would be ok for that as well. I was able to put it in the dishwasher with no problems.

Haven't used these yet. But they look quite robust and of good quality. Also they come in two's, so you have a spare for later

I had a roasting pan with a nifty looking non-stick finish, a removable rack, raised handles. Looked great. But that 'non-stick' finish turned out to be a real PITA to clean, it would remain in the sink for days after use, waiting for someone to wash it. And those darned handles that looked so nifty got smoldering hot in the oven, I burned myself nearly every time I used it! After a severe burn while cooking the Christmas turkey, I didn't bother washing it again, I tossed it out on Christmas day as soon as it cooled off. And I started cooking in my other pans with this rack. What a difference! It's not big enough (or maybe strong enough) for a very big turkey, but I've cooked a lot of stuff on it. Chicken pieces with delightful homemade teriyaki sauce, a few whole chickens, deliciously sticky ribs - I just put this on a baking sheet lined with baking parchment to make cleanup easier (yes, I am lazy). I adjust it to what I need - smaller chicken pieces like wings or drumsticks will fall if it's too steep, so I leave it nearly flat for those. Ribs can stand up a bit straighter, so can a pair of small whole chickens. Gets a nice crispy finish on the bottom and top of the food, it's not swimming in its own fat. And best of all, this rack is super easy to clean! It does have nooks and crannies that are a bit of a pain, but it's definitely not difficult to remove baked-on food from its parts, not even my stickiest ribs. A brush works best to get into the nooks, steel wool gets hooked on parts. I admit that I do spray it first with cooking spray and submerge it in the sink in some hot soapy water after, but that never worked very well on the old pan. The baked on sticky bits practically fall off on their own with very little elbow grease. Overall, this is a very versatile rack, will fit in several of the pans you have already. You can't beat it for the price.

I needed a new roast rack & ordered this one. It is lighter than my old one but easier to clean. I cooked a ham on it and it worked great. Very easy to clean as well. I can’t believe the quality for the price. Happy with this purchase.
