I bought these to put on my inside garbage cans so guests put recycle stuff in correct cans. I'm not using them on anything that goes outside, i don't think they are water proof. They stick well and seem to be made of paper with a shinny surface. They do wipe clean with a damp sponge.

Great stickers. I put them on my trash can to denote recycling and they have stayed on really well despite being out in the rain and snow.

Got them to stick all over our bin used for recycling. So far so good - have not peeled off yet in 10F degree temperature.

Instead of paying double for a blue garbage can, I purchased a large bin and slapped these stickers on it so the garbage pickup folks can differentiate the 2 different bins.

It made sense to use an ecisting garbage can as our recycling unit. Just stuck a couple of these decals on and there is no mistaking garbage from recycling.
