Why is this so expensive? I'm not sure, perhaps because there are no other options in the marketplace that perfectly fit your Zoom U-44.The weakest point of this unit is the ball head on the back and also the clamp, as they are both made of cheap plastic.I wish Zoom would make a premium version entirely out of metal, and I would gladly pay double the price for it. Alternatively, other companies like SmallRig could produce something to clamp U-44 units using better materials.Anyway, if you really need it, go ahead and get it. But I would recommend looking for an alternative that fits your needs at a lower price or is made with better materials, ideally metal.

Too expensive for what it can do. I wish it can be taken out of the original holder and fit into other standard 1/4" or 3/8" screws for more versatility.

Very sturdy. Does the job well

Does the job of holding the audio interface in place. For the price I was expecting something a bit sturdier, so I’ll have to be careful when mounting and dismounting the interface to move it.

It seems to me that for the cost of this product it must have been of better quality. The first time I used it, the rubber bumpers that hold the u24 fell off. I will have to buy glue to solve that. poor quality.

I'm glad I bought this as a companion item. It's going to be the perfect holder for this interface! Now all I need is a case!
