LOVE IT!! Only helpful item would be to include scoop.Fast delivery. Helped within 3 days of my low calcium leg cramps. Wiuld DEFINITELY recommend and will DEFINITELY be ordering more since I don't digest pills well. Packaging is very nice and eco friendly, which is a plus.

Easy way to get your calcium.
The powder makes it easy to add to smoothies or whatever you are cooking. Calcium citrate is easier to absorb than other forms of calcium (as far as I know) but some supplements use other types or only part citrate. Read the labels!

The media could not be loaded. Reseal doesn't always work, but I have clips, so I don't mind. Good product. Can mix into foods, probably dissolves in beverages. I just pop a tsp in my mouth and drink water to wash it down to save time. (My method may not be for everyone).
