This 16 inch half slip is the perfect length for my summer dresses. The fabric has a nice feel, and the elastic waist is thin, but it doesn't roll or feel too tight.

Love! This is exactly what I was looking for. I am 5'4" and 180 pounds. My tummy is a pot belly, but this fit me perfect in medium! I don't have large hips, but this would work if you do have average size hips. I would definitely order this again. Really great quality for the price. I may get it in black next.
