Good for those recently out of Hospital who need to get their strength back. Also good for busy workers who feel under pressure and are flaked out. Just finished my second bottle taking 2 in the morning (6 am) and 2 right after lunch (noontime). I was having issues with focusing some days at work and having trouble with my memory. When I first started taking them, I noticed increased energy and my ability to concentrate and stay focused at work is much better. It is a little pricey but the quality is great and well worth the cost considering the positive effects it’s has on me.
