False title/incorrect information
This remote DOES NOT work for all brands of sharp TVs. My puppy chewed up our sharp brand smart tv remote (only 3-4 years old tv) so we needed to order one to replace it. We got this one as it said it would work with our model tv in the description. Once we got it, it would not program and after a lot of trial and error with helpful tips from different websites (as there was nothing but the remote in the box we got so no programming institutions came with it) we realized it is NOT COMPATIBLE for any sharp brand smart TVs. It wouldn’t let me give no stars or I would haveVery disappointing

Pleasantly surprised! I bought this remote to replace my 12 y/o remote and I was concerned about reprograming the system, but I was pleasantly surprised when I placed the batteries, and this control worked right away without any issues. Very happy with this purchase.

It does work.
We had to have a remote for the TV recently. I don't know where our usual one was. Rather than waste time trying to find something I may not have anymore, I found the needed item on Amazon...
