Great microwaveable heating pad. I use it all the time for back and neck aches and pains. It also came in handy as I was recovering from a broken arm and going through PT. It would be useful for cramps and tummy issues too. In the winter I use it to warm my bed up before getting in between the cold sheets. I feel this was a great value and it’s very flexible for so many uses.

I love this product for its quality, fit, and overall feel - using it as a heat pack or ice pack for my knee. The downside is it doesn't retain the desired temperature too long. It's hot or cold for about 3 minutes and it quickly reaches room temperature in comparison with other heat/cold packs. I have to say, I love the filling in it though (its these tiny balls like in a bean bag), because it wraps around any part of your body perfectly as opposed to ice packs that take a while to defrost to adjust to your body...
