Took a few minutes to teach my dogs how to use it - placed treats up and down to get them to use it and it worked. They use it all the time now. Will eliminate hurting their backs.

Wasn’t sure if this would work bc I saw different reviews. Ordered it hoping it would work. It is perfect for what we need! Doesn’t take up to much space like our old one did, my dachshund can get on our couch now with no problem.Works great for us!

I read Michelle’s review first about how she let it out of the bag and then couldn’t get the cover on and that her zipper broke. So I let mine out and put the cover on immediately. I don’t know if I wouldn’t be able to or not if I let it expand out more but it seems like I would have been able to put the cover on regardless. My issues with this thing are:1. The zippers do seem extremely cheap and fragile. I can see why Michelle’s broke in her review. For this price point they really should’ve put in decent zippers instead of these cheap little things. Just be careful putting it on.2. The price. This is extremely expensive for a cheap piece of foam. Granted, the old steps I have are made from cardboard on the inside. So they’re all overpriced garbage. At least this one is foam instead of cardboard. But the price is absolutely ridiculous. You can buy a mattress for a human for twice this price.3. The cover came with a lint roller. I know what that means. This thing will get DUSTY. I think it’s bc it’s a grip material so dogs can actually have traction on it instead of slipping. But I believe that means dust will also stick on.4. My old steps has a removable and washable cover. This one may not be removable because it could be impossible to put it back on. Washing it might also cause it to shrink. The only way you’ll be able to clean it is with a slightly soapy paper towel.—-Alright well the good thing is these are the longest foam steps available that aren’t too steep for my dog. I got 30% off $95 so it was a little over $70. Even with the discount these steps cost way too much. I know it costs them some money to ship it but still. The steps with shipping shouldn’t be more than $50. I’m sure the cost of producing this thing is about $5 (or even less than that). We are really just paying for the shipping.

It works great! Our dog is an older girl and it helps her to get on the loveseat to rest. I like the way it looks and it was just the right height.

I am SO disappointed by these stairs. I have the 4-step version from this brand, so I expected these to be the same good quality. They aren’t. First problem: upon opening the brand new white cover, it is SO DIRTY!! It looks like it has been ran over with a car… it has a huge black footprint/tire mark going down the center!! And some brown dirt-like substance!! Second problem: the stairs seem to be defective! After a week of inflating, the bottom stair still will NOT lay flat and touch the ground. The back of the stairs have multiple permanent creases in them, which could be partly responsible for the stairs not completely unfolding/inflating. My guess is that these have been vacuum-sealed too long or too tightly. My other stairs do not have this problem. The worst part about this entire purchase? You can’t return them. They are vacuum-sealed into the delivery box, so there is absolutely no way to put these back in the box, or any box for that matter. So now I am out quite a bit of money, and am stuck with defective stairs and a dirty, used cover that I refuse to clean (because that’s just gross). Even if I could look past the defective stairs, I cannot look past a used, unsanitary, destroyed white cover. Overall just a bad purchase and a lot of time and money wasted on this.

I love the slope. My dog is half dachshund and is long bodied. I worried steps wouldn't hold him right. He still likes to run and bounce and this is perfect. Also appealing to my shy elderly chihuahua. She likes to just walk up and observe us. Visiting dogs also used it. Great for those who are too short for the furniture and those who don't have the mobility to move on steps comfortably. Would buy again if needed.

My little Maltese has bad knees. I got it for her, but she won’t use it because it rocks. And I need to stick a book or something under The front of it

I ordered these steps because my 10 pound dog has developed neck and back problems.Not allowed to jump anymore he needs these.He always liked to just off the couch and chair like he was playing playing king of the mountain.He's on meds that relax his muscles and another for pain.So for now he goes up the steps and down only if we bribe him.I suggest if you want to get steps for your pet for any reason start and continue training him to go up and down until he does it out of habit.Materials are sturdy and steps are good quality. Please read the description before buying this so you will know what to expect when you unbox these steps. Please read directions also.When you get the steps out of the box they will have had the air sucked out they will not resemble anything like what you ordered. They do this to make shipping easier otherwise you would receive a large box. Let the steps expand fully for at the very least 24 hours then put the cover on.You also get your choice of color on the cover. I would suggest to get the color that matches your pet's color because it will show fur. To remove that shedded fur use a sticky ling roller. This cover is machine washable. I have not did that yet. It zips on 3 sizes making it easy to get off and on. The bottom of the cover has non-skid (or slip) paw prints. I tried with my dog on it. If your pet is light weight it will slid even with a push of your foot. The heavier the dog the less it slips.Before zipping the cover closed trim off the loose strings off from the zipper edges. (The strings are normal for many things with a zipper).You need to make adjustments to the cover.I believe this product will last a long time provided it is not abused by pets or people.I would buy other products this company makes and from this sit. I would recommend this product to anyone that asks.I think the price is fair.
