Excellent Resource for Therapists
This book is spot on for exposure-based treatment. This is exactly the modality that is followed in intensive outpatient settings and has the highest evidence-based backing than any other treatment modality for OCD. This modality can also be used for treating many presentations of Panic Disorder.

Very helpful
I have done a lot of work with exposure therapy and other CBT techniques for anxiety diagnoses, but hadn't worked with people experiencing symptoms of OCD for awhile. I bought this book to help identify how these techniques could be applied specifically for OCD, and found it to be a very helpful reference.

Great supplement
This was a perfect supplement for the in person training and for clinicians who are new to the protocol. I would not suggest this without the in person training or for new clinicians. It can leave some gaps and some of the information is outdated, utilizing the DSM IV when we are currently using the DSM-V-TR. overall though happy with my purchase

REALLY HELPFUL
My son has an OCD. We couldn't not find a specialist for OCD in our country. That's why I chose to study psychotherapy. This book will help you to do your best for your clients or your relatives.
