I have been through every pillow I could imagine. From Sealy, to memory foam, to temper pedic. Nothing was working and I would wake up with a stiff neck every morning and horrible headache. A friend referred me to this pillow. No more tossing around, no stuff necks, and no waking up with a headache. Been using this pillow for a month now without issue.

Works nice, I can form it to whatever shape I need it. I like the design of the indent because my ear doesn’t have to be smashed, and I can put my arm under those flaps. I sleep good. I hope it lasts!

I recommend this pillow. I tried a "bi-level" pillow that helped my neck pain when sleeping on my side, but this pillow does a better job. I would've awarded 5 stars instead of 4 because this pillow (and the previous one) does not help when I'm sleeping on my back. I have a problem called ankylosing spondylitis, and my neck is fused in such a way that my neck stays weak and sore. I have an older pillow that helps me when I sleep on my back, but is not much good for sleeping on my side. I've begun using that pillow for sleeping on my back and the pillow I'm now reviewing for sleeping on my side. It is a nuisance to have to switch pillows while I'm sort of sleeping -- I can't maintain any one position for very long -- but it's much better than the pain I feel when I don't have the proper support. However, I do recommend this pillow to anyone. Thankfully most people don't have such picky necks and shoulders.

I looked at pictures, I read reviews. I expected more. Nothing against it-if you're looking for a comfortable pillow. It is comfortable but there is not much support. The foam isn't dense enough and gives. Suffering from severe neck & and shoulder pain, I must pass in this one.

Works for neck pretty well however, I was unsure how my wife was going to get her cervix to rest on a pillow this large.

I really like this ergonomic contoured pillow for my neck. It is the perfect amount of firmness I need, and allows me to sleep on my back or sides comfortably. I really like that the memory foam is new and not from recycled sources. Recycle foam can come from many sources, so knowing this is all new foam ensures that only the correct materials went into this pillow.One factor for my purchase was seeing this is seeing this pillow is STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX. This standard "requires every component of a textiles product—including all thread, buttons, and trims—to be tested against a list of more than 1,000 harmful regulated and unregulated chemicals which may be harmful to human health." I like knowing that I am not breathing in anything toxic while I sleep.At first, I was disappointed it did not come with a pillow case, but the pillow case is removable and washable. I like the way the pillow cradles around the back of my neck, and though I do not snore, I can feel that it opens up my airways better than standard pillows. This pillow also reminds me during sleep to maintain a better spine to neck posture, so in the mornings I am not waking up to the sound of gravel in my neck and back aches.

Returned! The size was much smaller than a king size pillow and it was hard. I ended have a drink in my neck and felt worse after using it. Also it did not cool as the was it said it should.

I could never find a good pillow. I have tried everything. I am a side sleeper. Most mornings I would wake up with a soar neck, shoulder, or even through the chest. I noticed relief the first night. I can even sleep on my back now.
