I received what is more or less a silver looking ipad. Looks very different from whats shown in the pic.Feature wise, looks promising. The set of pre-installed apps are nothing delightful though

The metal chassis/ back panel is too thin, you can easily press it and feel the battery inside. With slight pressure the frame gets bend and we can see black droplets on the screen. This is my first apple device and I never expected this from them for the kind of price we have paid. When I contacted their customer support they asked us to go to amazon and amazon is asking us to go to them. In short we are stuck. Never again will I buy an apple product and amazon either provide a return policy as you advertise or stop selling apple product and stop betraying your loyal customers.

Better go for ipad pro with better screen, this ipad makes no sense with hefty price tag, Avoid at all cost

Its a beast.... this strong powerful device really feels good....Works really smoothly even for heavy workload....amazing tablet at this price...
