Sea to Summit Comfort Plus Self-Inflating Foam Sleeping Pad for Camping

While this is a heavier sleeping pad (coming in at almost 3 lbs), the weight increase is 100% worth it based on the comfort it provides. The weight actually doesn't bother me too much, the problem is that it's a bit large when rolled up so you're pretty much limited to 45L + packs. You could probably manage to fit it into a slightly smaller pack but after including your tent, sleeping bag, and other backpacking supplies you won't have enough room. The pad itself feels well-built. I camped on a mesa with cacti and needles strewn all over the dirt below my tent recently. I had a thick footprint and a durable tent bottom but this pad was poked a few times by these needles and withstood it. Also, I'm 300 lbs and this pad stayed inflated for multiple nights on my last backpacking trip with my full weight on it. I'm sort of glad that I got the large tapered version since the large rectangular model adds even more weight and probably makes packing it into medium sized backpacks even tougher. Using it at night I don't even feel like I'm missing out on a bunch of space near my legs but again I'm a side sleeper so ymmv. If you're a side sleeper looking for some real cushion or a heavier person looking for a solid pad that'll hold you up, this is the pad to get.

I’ve been trying many different mats for camping and every time my comfort was meh at best. I realized air mattresses were not comfortable to me at all, I tried many with the last one being a Nemo Tensor. While the Nemo tensor is lighter and packs down smaller I much rather sacrifice some space in my backpack and add 2 pounds to get a comfortable sleep. I love it, I can use this comfort plus S.I mattress alone on the floor directly or on top of my nature hike cot. You will need to add air to make it firmer, it self inflates to a point and more air is needed to increase the firmness. I’m a side sleeper that likes to star fish sleep. This mattress paired with my Nemo Disco spoon shape sleeping bag is a perfect fit for me. My boyfriend who loves his Nemo Tensor decided to make the switch also, the comfort is worth it to us to add a little more weight. The camp comfort plus mattress is supposed to be a little more durable but I feel like this comfort plus is pretty durable as it is currently. The top fabric is soft and quiet, no noise while tossing and turning if you sleep like I do.

This pad was very comfortable to sleep on and easy to inflate and deflate. Packs down Small enough to pack in your kayak for overnight trips. You probably could find a pad that would pack down smaller, but I didn’t want to risk not getting a good nights sleep.

Material feels durable, easy to set up and put away. Feels like it will be very comfortable. Is light and compact considering its R rating. Hoping it will help extend my camping/backpacking season. Not inclined to update my review unless it drastically over or under performs.

This thing is amazing! I'm getting older (48 yrs old) so sleeping on the ground is starting to get a little harder. We are not giving up on tent camping any time soon though! This air mattress is much thicker than anything I've owned. So happy with this purchase!

This pad is very comfortable, but unfortunately when I tried to fold it back up, I couldn’t get it as small as before I opened it. It takes up a lot of space.

We tested it at a store, and it was super comfortable. Unfortunately, it doesn’t hold air. The problem started after it’s second use. We were very careful with it because of the cost. The first use was on a cot. The second use, it had a thick mat underneath it to protect it. The third time my son used it, he told me it deflated by morning. I thought he may not have closed the plastic cap properly. So, I took it for its fourth use. I woke up with it deflated. There are no visible holes. I assume it’s leaking from the seams. We have had cheaper mats that have lasted years. This mat is very disappointing, especially when you consider the cost. I don’t recommend this product.

While the sleeping pad has more weight than I like to carry while backpacking, it is worth it. I used it for four days in the Boundary Waters of northern Minnesota and it stayed inflated and kept me noticeably warm at night.

厚みがあり、何より表面がナイロンらしい肌触りではなく、ストレッチ素材でかなり快適です。 厚みが有るので、コンパクトにはなりません。 化繊の寝袋くらいかさばりますが、快適さがやみつきになり、悩みながらも北アルプス縦走とかでも持っていったりします。 スポンジとの接着が3年ほどで剥離します。 3回買いなおしてますのでコスパは良くないです。 快適な寝心地なので、我慢できます。

同じシートゥサミットのR3.6を使ってましたが、極寒で寒い思いしましたのでこちらを購入。 モンベルのダウンハガー＃２との組み合わせで氷点下5度で快適でした。 荷物が嵩みますがおすすめです。 バイクキャンパーです。 雪中はしません。

Se pliega super bien dándole la vuelta a la válvula, si no es imposible. Recomiendo que la primera vez que se use, se deje hinchado 24h para que las celdillas tomen su forma. En la segunda vez, al desplegar y con las válvulas abiertas enteras, empieza a tomar forma y conbtres soplidos bien dados, lo tienes listo. Lo compré por su escala R value alto.

ラージサイズのロングモデルです 収納サイズが想像しているより2周りデカイマットです。 車キャンプなら余裕ですが、バイクでは積載に苦労します。 ただ、寝心地はホテルのマットレスより上で 断熱性能も高いので車中泊に向いてるのではないでしょうか。
