right parts for the vehicle
I bought these for 06 GMC Sierra 1500 Crew Cab. The previous owner had did a 4" drop on the rear and I notice the ride was a bit rough going over bumps. I installed these adapter and man kid you not, it really made a difference.

Works!
Fit on my 2002 2500hd after I did 3” drop shackled. It noticeably improved the shock absorber function!

they technically do extend the travel but that doesnt help your shock work better. it actually kicks out toward the shock
pros -nice black painted coating -thick, solid metal -hardware is also high quality. thick and strong. fits perfectly, no fuss. cons -not intended to work with flip kit imho. BUT it does. (if your shocks collapse enough) -not an extension, more of a "kick out" I have no idea why these are called "shock extension kits". they technically do extend the travel but that doesnt help your shock work better. it actually kicks out toward the shock, away from the axle mounting point to correct the angle at which it is working, putting them closer to a stock angle before you went and messed up your truck by lowering it lol. A flip kit kicks the axle back to create a better pinnion angle, well that in turn makes the rear-most shock (driver side) shorter, then adding the "shock extension kit" actually shortens it even more. On my silverado with a 5/8 drop, my driver side shock rides 2 inches smaller than the right side, at 14" and 16", respectively. im wondering if i should forgo the left side shock extension all together. hmm. cant say she is riding bad though. i would still buy again. just sharing the knowledge.

Corrects shock angle on lowered trucks.
Worked great and corrected my rear shock angle after lowering my 2001 Chevy truck. I recommend these if you've lowered your vehicle. When you lower the truck, it changes the angle at which the shock works at. It's not a good angle and can affect the ride. These correct that angle. Not so much of a length extension though, but that's fine.

Easy to install
They’re easy to install and do what they’re supposed to do. I wish I would have bought them sooner.

Good quality extenders
Good shock extenders for dropped trucks. Fixed the bouncy ride on the truck and fixed the angle of the shock. Definitely recommend.
